Replacement Program
How it Works
- We offer a replacement program which allows customers to order product replacements at cost.
- Length of time - replacement programs can be purchased from 1 to up to 5 years.
- Price - 15% annually (regardless of the length of replacement plan purchased) of the total original invoice amount.
- Additional costs - in addition to the at-cost price of the replacement product, customer is responsible for transportation costs.
Other Terms:
- Standard payment terms apply. If client provided fabric (COM), client will be responsible for supplying the fabric for the replacements.
- Only originally purchased items, in original finish and/or fabric, are eligible for replacements.
COMMITted TO QUALITY
We believe in, and are inherently committed to, offering the most beautiful, long-lasting, affordable furnishings in the industry. Our product is made entirely of Parawood, which, in density, is likened to Maple. Parawood is valued for its dense grain, minimal shrinkage, attractive light color and ease of finishing. It is also prized as an "environmentally friendly" wood, as it makes use of plantation-grown trees that have been cut down at the end of their latex-producing cycle.
Chairs and stools are built with leg stretchers to ensure the legs do not loosen from the strenuous and everyday use chairs and stools undergo. Leg stretchers are glued and screwed in place, have glides to ensure the integrity of flooring, and are equipped with metal “L” brackets for extreme durability. They are constructed entirely of solid wood (all parts and components).
We use only high-performance, pre-catalyzed sealers/lacquers. Our finishing facilities comply with the highest standards for emission minimization as required by California and the Federal Government.
